Episode Synopsis
What if you thought you were the last of your kind? The Last Numbat believes she may be the last numbat in the world! As she bravely ventures out to explore the world beyond the safety of the log she calls home, you are invited to help tell her story. Twelve audience members will bring the Numbat to life as they become puppeteers and learn to manipulate this large-scale marionette.
Meet Spare Parts Puppet Theatre designer and puppet maker Leon Hendroff, the brain child behind this large scale interactive sculptural work has been created by Australia’s renowned puppetry company, as he speaks with the Creative Director of HATch Theatre Elisa Batchelor.
