Tom shares the story of his journey, talks about former CEO Paul Mulligan as a mentor, and why he became a CEA Board Member and gives advice to school leaders regarding the partnership with CEA.  Finally, he reflects on God’s grace, the importance of listening, and the awe of life’s gifts and mysteries.
