I believe confidence is a choice we can make daily. There is a difference between hiding an actual struggle that we should seek help about, but actually waking up and deciding to choose confidence is something most of us can do. Often, we are stuck in our current habits and mindsets and don't recognize the simple shift needed to work on instilling confidence in ourselves.
