If you feel as though there is always something to be done in your business with never enough time in the day this episode is for you! When it Feels Like There’s Never Enough Time in the Day as a Direct Sales LeaderWouldn’t it be great to feel like everything was done? To feel as though there were never any loose ends hanging in the air with your business? To feel like your to-do list was complete. And to enjoy the freedom and peace of mind of not feeling like you’re always behind. Well, it is realistic and one of the many benefits my clients tell me they didn’t think was possible. They used to accept the fact that there would always be something left undone, they would always feel disorganized and this was simply the nature of the business. It doesn’t have to be! I promise you. Even if you already use power hours or time blocking, this is a new way to approach these strategies. And if you’re not using power hours or power time blocks of any length, this is your formal invitation to adopt these strategies in a way that will work for you and your leadership style. You can find the full transcript at crazybigdreams.biz/28When Your Biggest Challenge is to Get More Organized as a Direct Sales LeaderAll high-achieving leaders in Direct Sales that I talk with share the same struggle. They think their biggest strength should be, to be more organized. In every sense of the word at different times, and for some, all at the same time. More organized with time, their schedule, their plan for the month to unfold, their communication with their team, their own personal business, and their own personal development as a leader. That’s a tough place to be and stay. To never feel organized enough.  Today’s episode is about utilizing common organizational tools, but using them in a way that works for you and your personal leadership style. Our focus today is on the leadership style that’s more “magic in the madness” if you will. A leader who doesn’t love goal setting, planning, schedules, following a to-do list, or even having regular power hours. This leader is someone who is more likely to want to be with and around people. If this is you, keep listening, and bravo! You’re working to your strengths. Hold tight, if you’re the opposite leadership style because the next episode is for you personally, but this episode will be critical for you to soak up because you absolutely have leaders on your team that have an opposite leadership style than you, a more “magic in the madness” style. You’ll want to keep listening so you can better understand and relate to her and even share this episode with her. Ok, so the number one strategy is to work with themes. Identify different themes to better organize your time and efforts so you can spend more purposeful time with the people you’re in front of. This is about taking things to the next level. Not fixing anything you’re doing wrong. Because you’re not. Embrace and channel your personal leadership style and let themes direct your strengths. How do you use themes to be more organized? Well, first you’ll loosely choose a timeframe. A month, a week, and/or a day. Then you’ll choose a topic. For example, if your theme for the month is new team members, you’ll apply this filter to your conversations and communication. Weekly, you can use this theme to direct your energy and efforts. Daily, you can use this mindset at the beginning and end of your days to check in and know you’re being organized with your time because you have a focus. For all there is to episode 28 go to crazybigdreams.biz/28.
