Combining Jerry’s passion for music and skills as a full-time psychotherapist, the program has featured hundreds of interviews and live performances, while breaking local and national artists to the New York City and national listening audiences, including Josh Ritter, Molly Tuttle, James Maddock, and Ellis Paul. Among his favorite interviews and live performances: Roger McGuinn, Solomon Burke, Richie Havens, Derek Trucks, Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Richard Thompson, Jorma Kaukonen, John Carter Cash, Son Volt, Billy Bob Thornton, Marty Stuart, Iris DeMent, Peter Yarrow, NYC DJ Vin Scelsa, and The Bottom Line’s Allan Pepper. Jerry has emceed dozens of concert events, incl. The Midnight Ramble at Levon Helm Studios, the post-9/11 “Gift of Music” at The Bottom Line, as well as creating the “Circle of Friends” series at the Turning Point.
