Welcome everyone to the Craft & Draft podcast! We are so excited to bring to you what we love, talking with you about workshop, literacy, writing, reading, and real world teaching. 
Jacob and Pam begin with a conversation about the week.  Pam shares how she uses the power of words to excite her students about learning. Jacob shares that when we incorporate our curriculum with creativity and authenticity our students have fun and become engaged learners. They depend on creativity to facilitate the learning process in their classroom.  
Jacob reveals that he used creative outlets when he was younger as well as today.  Pam discusses how we can teach creativity.The reading and writing workshop makes one of the best milieus for fostering cultivating creativity within our students.
