We will practice two fundamental questions to effectively manage your mind and handle unexpected, difficult, or unwanted situations. Except for these two questions, I will teach you how to break down difficult situations in your life and find the lesson in them. I will also show you how to manage the relationship between your thinking and feeling brain.
