I decided to do personal research to find out what are the most common reasons we shy away from healing, Honestly, I wasn't all that surprised. As a recovering tough cookie and someone who was terrified by facing my feelings, I get how difficult or confusing it is to face some of our pains or things from the past. But... I also know how liberating and peaceful it is to address them and how it affects our success and happiness level. There are two most common reasons we decided to put our healing journey on pause and get distracted by life. The first is that we don't know where to start or how healing even looks like. The second is the fear of facing the truth. I will address both in this podcast episode. Since knowing is only 20% of your success, I will share with you some of my best tips on where to start (make sure you get my simple healing technique) or how to work with addressing your fears. Since you may wonder "what is this healing even good for and why should I put myself through it" I will talk to you about some of the consequences of non-healing and why the only price we pay comes from ignoring the truth and living in denial. Last but not least, I will share with you why practicing healing is closely associated with understanding self-love and how it leads to this million-dollar question you might have been asking yourself "HOW DO I LOVE MYSELF?
