Living Legend Dr. Len Garrett discusses his book, the trauma of his early life, the odd journey to the NFL and his quest for enlightenment. Born poor in the segregated south Len Garrett learned to survive and plotted his way out of his hometown of Silsbee, Texas. He thought he'd hit the jackpot when he was drafted by the Green Bay Packers and later played for the New Orleans Saints and the 49ers. Dr. Garrett describes his journey to success and happiness.  Len was a founder of the Baton Rouge Chapter of the NFL Players Association and the Professional Athletes Supporting Students (PASS).
