In my last episode, I talked about how the masculine and feminine roles can limit us as women and men. Men have been taught that they don’t possess what is called “feminine energy,” and, to clarify, women have also been taught to suppress their own feminine energy. Because of this, when we look out into the world, it appears that everyone is operating primarily in masculine energy while the feminine has been abandoned.
