Episode Synopsis "HO'OPONOPONO MEDITATION INNER CHILD GUIDED VISUALIZATION MEDITATION"

Hello and welcome. Today’s meditation is called Ho’oponopono. It is an ancient Hawaiian method and is one of the most powerful meditations you can do to grow your inner relationship with yourself and be who you really are. This relationship will lead to true inner peace, the ability to trust your intuition, heal, and clean out the pain. The inner relationship I am referring to is the connection of your conscious mind and your subconscious mind. The conscious mind can be seen as your adult self. The subconscious mind can be seen as the child within you. For the purpose of this mediation, I will be referring to “adult” and “child”. If this does not feel natural to you, you may refer to this as your friend or another reference. Your child is where all of the painful memories are stored so you want to be in a good relationship with this child. Ignoring the child can lead to mental illnesses, depression, anxiety, etc. Building a strong relationship with your inner child can help ease all of this. I will walk you through a guided visualization meditation so that you can achieve a newfound relationship with your inner child.
