I recently heard something that was really helpful at that moment. I was in the middle of a big launch and feeling blessed and excited, but also very unworthy.  Who the hell did I think I was? (Major imposter syndrome.) Even though what I was sharing was incredible and people wanted it. Even though I had many successful students. I still felt not good enough, and I found myself focusing on the fears of the haters (I hadn't heard from any of them, but I knew they had to be out there.)  So not only was I CREATING a problem that wasn't even there, I was letting this imaginary thing hold me back from moving forward.
