Steve Cooper talks with actor Michael Kostroff. Michael is best known for his five seasons on HBO’s The Wire and a long list of TV appearances, including recurring roles on The Blacklist, The Deuce, The Good Wife and Law & Order:SVU. He has toured nationally with The Producers, understudying the lead role of Max Bialystock, and with Les Misérables, as the comically evil Thénardier, a role he later reprised for the reimagined 25th anniversary production. He’s also performed at some of the nation’s most respected regional theatres and in March can be seen in the HBO mini-series The Plot Against America.
