This isn't about one candidate over another. This is about what you saw as palpable and how that translates to you. We collectively are taking a break. For many of us the self care is deep. A lot of us have to recharge...................We do not need an amen corner. I will never argue with anyone over choices. I respect choices. So while I won't argue with folks it doesn't mean that I need agreement. No amen corner is needed to feel the feels. In this episode we will cover my personal thoughts regarding the election. In addition how can you or I create joy. What activities can you do to take care of how you feel. Did you lose family or friends? You may be hurting.
