Do you know the difference between accountability vs Responsibility? Can you be accountable without taking responsibility? Can you accept your responsibility in what you say or do but not take accountability? We talk about it today. Too many take responsibility or think they are but blame others for their actions.No one can make you do anything. You are responsible for your actions whether you see that or not. This is a lack of accountability and sometimes if not always a lack of responsibility too. .............................We are celebrating my 8th Blogiversary. With that I am inviting my blogger friends who have been supportive of my journey. I kept it under wraps (cat is out of the bag now). I can't wait to talk about the experience next week.
