Even some of the books I read on productivity said that you can change your habits, actions, and behavior when you do this. Fake your confidence until you become more confident, act like the person you aspire to be until you become that person. Although it sounds easy, I had a big problem with that phrase. During this episode, I will let you in on a small mindset shift that has made an impact on me. I hope that it helps you, even if it makes you cringe.
