Isn’t it funny how we are constantly searching for clarity and direction? Unfortunately often times we are looking in the wrong place and even how we are looking is wrong.
We tend to perceive bowing down or kneeling as being the lowest or lesser posture.
We’ve grown up hearing “you must bow and kneel for your elders” - whilst it is done out of ‘respect’, it also distinguishes who has the upper hand.
However....There’s something significant about bowing and kneeling before God.
Our highest place is at his feet.
We receive answers
We receive revelation
We receive understanding....
