Ben Felton (also known as Ben_in_Running on his social channels!) recently travelled to Iten, Kenya 🇰🇪 to join our team for a Kenya Experience camp. He returns to Conversations About Running Podcast for a second time to chat about his experience of high altitude training in the Home of Champions, how it compared to his expectations, and some of things he will now implement into his own program back home.

Aside from chatting about Ben's Kenya Experience Camp we touch on the recent news of Zane Robertson's ban from the sport due to testing positive for EPO, Ben's thoughts on some of the latest shoe releases and some comically frustrating Instagram posts comparing cross fit athletes to Jakob Ingebrigtsen 🤦‍♂️
