Listen "EP 47: $$$ Matters."
Episode Synopsis
Raw and Uncut. The story of my financial journey. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Taking you from the early lessons from my mom on budgeting and saving to financial security that allowed me to start my company...as a single person. Over the years, I have made several smart decisions, such as buying my first house, learning my worth, and negotiating for higher pay. By managing my money and advocating for myself, I have been able to secure my financial stability and begin phase one of my retirement! However, challenges such as unfair pay gaps have also shaped my path, leading me to advocate for transparency and financial empowerment in the workplace. This episode is meant to encourage you to learn your worth, advocate for yourself and others, plan for retirement early, and work toward a financial freedom that truly allows YOU to hold the cards in your career.Looking for a Construction Industry Speaker that has Real Construction Experience?
