What is the WORD of 2023? According to Merriam-Webster, the word is "AUTHENTIC".
As warm and fuzzy as the word may sound, the reality is that Authenticity can be EXTREMELY DIFFICULT for women in any male dominated field, which is why I believe AUTHENTICITY should be a CHOICE. A choice that each of us gets to make based on our own personal situations and that we should be able to do so WITHOUT JUDGEMENT.
