“Constraints” is a 30-minute interview podcast series. Each episode features a practitioner in the creative industries who is asked to share a project obstacle they’ve experienced. They and the host will then analyze the obstacle through project management’s three constraints: Scope, Time, and Budget. As episodes air, comparisons and observations will be made comparing obstacles from previous episodes with current ones, with the aim of determining if there are any common struggles across the creative industries specific to any of the constraints.
