In today's episode, Jason talks with Hailey Tresch. After running the traditional route of college and starting a career in marketing and communication, Hailey decided to take a leap into a new field: conservation. To get her start in the conservation industry, she joined the Mile High Youth Corps. The MHYC is a continuation of the original CCC developed in the 1930's that works to help youth make a difference in themselves and their community through meaningful service opportunities and educational experiences. Hailey fills us in on her daily tasks which included elimination of invasive species and implementation of fire mitigation strategies.
