Join Cassidy DiPaola, Consequential Flowers member, and Isa Ferrera, Director of Latin American Programs for PSU Law school for an honest, sincere discussion about what it means to "Be Fearless".  As an immigrant from Honduras and finding herself often the only woman, only person of color, and youngest "in the room",  Isa has valuable Leadership Seeds about so many important topics - such as as courage and self-advocacy.  Her guidance applies to all minorities  - with an focus on women and women of color.Isa's story, energy, and strength are powerful and rich with leadership lessons and inspiration for us all.   Isa's published Letter from a Fearless Latina Woman  inspired Consequential Flowers theme and title for the entire month: Be Fearless!
