The "Conjugate Chats" were built and implemented into the community of strength & training to do one thing, highlight coaches making an impact. The word "conjugate" means to come together. To bring together methods of training like hypertrophy, strength, power, agility, speed, etc.. The same ideology is implemented here. To bring together coaches that make an impact in the great field of work out there! Originally, this was only suppose to be a blog, but after some suggestions and words of encouragement, it quickly become a podcast. So, thank you for taking the time to come and check out my podcast!
