This particular episode describes what potential abuse may look like for those who are not sure if they are in emotionally abusive relationships and also the strategic steps a victim of domestic violence needs to take to get out of the abusive home and into somewhere safe. This is not an exclusive list of things that should be done, but it's a beginning and it's shared from a place of wanting to help women help themselves.
