What an amazing FreshStart summer it has been! What an incredible journey we have been on as we completed the first semester of FreshU! We began this season with the intention of changing ourselves, challenging ourselves and championing ourselves and I believe if we truly reflect upon what we have accomplished, we can honestly say we have all made real progress. However, the true moniker of change is not to be comfortable in what you have done, but to use your progress as motivation to keep going! We are going to celebrate the wins, the small steps, the path we are traveling and we are going to keep reading, keep breathing, keep living and keep going. We have come a long way after two years and five seasons, but we have so much further to go. So as we wrap this season, we encourage you to recharge, renew, refocus and refresh because when we come back for Season 6, it’s going to be greater! April, out! Hosted on Acast.
