Listen "The Femtech Revolution and the Fight for Quality Pelvic Healthcare"
Episode Synopsis
During her recent fight with cervical cancer, Rachel Bartholomew had an epiphany. She realized that far too many women were left to navigate pelvic health challenges in the dark. To address this problem, Rachel founded Hyivy Health – a company providing a 3-in-1 pelvic rehab system that connects patients and clinicians to improve support and education around the pelvic health journey.
On this episode of CABHI’s Community of Innovation podcast, Drs. Allison Sekuler and Rosanne Aleong sit down with Rachel to discuss her journey as a femtech entrepreneur, the stigma preventing women from receiving quality pelvic healthcare, and the unique pelvic health challenges facing women from underrepresented communities and members of the LGBTQ2+ community.
