ComebaCK interviews Phi Dang, a life coach from Australia - and the first ever interviewee of ComebaCK in blog form back in August 2020. Phi went viral under 'Inhervitality', in June 2020, after posting a supportive thread on male's mental health week. We talk through Phi's immense journey, including her parents meeting on a boat after fleeing the Vietnam war, the grief of losing her father at 19, her experiences with using cold water to remain present - including going on Wim Hof's ice retreats - why the present moment is so crucial, aims for the future, and why rallying around male mental health is so vital, especially in this current crisis. This perspective from a woman is so refreshing and inspiring. Phi's work has been outstanding since I discovered her last June, so it was a pleasure to interview her for my podcast.
