Listen "Come Follow Me: Mental Health Insights: Season Four, Week Thirty-Eight (9/15/25 to 9/21/25)"
Episode Synopsis
This week we are studying Doctrine and Covenants sections 102-105. One of the themes that stood out was regarding being “all in” to the gospel of Jesus Christ, what that entails, and how that can help us improve our mental health. We’ll talk about how we need to be prepared for long-term effort when trying to improve mental health, including being willing to do all things the Lord commands us. We’ll also discuss the importance of being sincere in our desires for change and accepting the fact that most significant change takes a long time. There are free worksheets available for the invitations made in the weekly podcasts. To get these worksheets, please sign up for my email newsletter.
