With the state of the world still far from normal, the hosts of the Colonel Cast welcome in Dr. Alison Markson, the Director of Curry College's Counseling Center, to discuss the importance of mental health monitoring, especially amongst college students, dive into how to receive and give support (including what resources exist on Curry’s campus), chat about the different ways in which COVID-19 may be impacting different people, and give some advice as to what steps can be taken to strengthen everyone’s psychological wellness. Chris, Clay, and Paul jump into several segments, including a brand new bit called Mr. Wrong!
