For Collaborate Forever’s first interview, Adam takes a drive to the countryside to talk to Matthew Danky, founder of beloved cart-based eatery El Grito Taqueria. Since 2015, El Grito has brought gourmet tacos to Madison’s street corners and block parties. Danky speaks on the influences of international travel, farming, and record collecting in his life and craft.
