Did you know that for the most part your assignment isn't about you? It's actually bigger than you. The task in which God has graced you for is to help someone else or to be an example for someone else. You may be feeling irritated, frustrated, and aggravated about where you are presently positioned, but God has a plan and a purpose for where you are.
