Vinyl DJ Gig Essentials:
Vinyl Records: Make sure you have a diverse selection that covers the genres you'll be playing.
Turntables: Double-check that your turntables are in good working condition, with properly calibrated tonearms and cartridges.
Mixer: Ensure your mixer has phono inputs for your turntables and all necessary cables.
Needles/Cartridges: Bring extra needles or cartridges in case of damage or malfunctions.
Slipmats: These provide a smooth surface for your records to spin on and help with scratching.
Headphones: A good pair of DJ headphones is essential for cueing tracks and beatmatching.
Record Bag/Case: Keep your vinyl organized and protected during transportation.
Cleaning Supplies: Antistatic brushes, cleaning solution, and microfiber cloths to keep your records and equipment clean.
