Although he does not roast coffee yet I wanted to have Nate on because I feel starting a coffee trailer or cart is great for coffee roasters who want to start selling their own coffee. Nate was very generous in providing his figures and numbers on how much it costs to start a coffee trailer and also how much you can make with a coffee trailer.  For me, it was highly motivating to hear about his journey. I am in the process of following this path and it is nice to hear others' experiences.
