Ian Cain is the City Council President in Quincy, MA. With a background in real estate, energy, and technology, he holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from Duke University. Ian serves on boards including PorchFest Quincy and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Milton, and the Innovation Council of the Shields Center for Innovation at BC High.
