Had a great time sitting down with Coach Adam Vogel. Coach Vogel is the head of strength and conditioning at Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School located in Bradley Illinois. Coach Vogel is also the IL state director for the NHSSCA. I wanted to reach out and introduce myself to Coach Vogel as a new HS strenght coach in the state of Illinois. There's some great advice in this episode for new strength coaches starting at the high school level so enjoy!
