This week, Elyse and Laurent sit down with their favorite perfumier, founder of Perfumehead Daniel Patrick Giles. A former director in fashion and beauty, Daniel's passion for fragrance began in his early childhood and has come to fruition with the launch of Perfumehead, an LA-based luxury fragrance company that, while still in its youth, has developed a cult following of artists and tastemakers that in Los Angeles and beyond. Daniel shares his unique approach to creating these scents, starting with a script, and emotion, a visual inspiration, or a vibe, and utilizing color, sound, and texture to create an easily layered and wearable piece of olfactory art.
