Dr. Lennon, Ph.D, joins us today to speak on the mission of CAPS (Center for Counseling and Psychological Services) at UNC Charlotte. She touches on not only the inside services CAPS offers, but also the outside resources they use to connect with students. We discuss the impacts of mental health on physical health and how it can also transcend vice versa. As we are all trying to navigate through these unprecedented times it is important to find a sense of community and an appropriate outlet, whether it be transformative yoga or finding a Healing and Empowerment Gathering with those who identify with you.
