The passion and love for the product and the business is evident in their attention to detail and commitment to quality. The expansion of the brand has been focused on recreating the same experience and taste of the original location in New Haven. The family is still heavily involved in the growth and oversees the operations to ensure the legacy of their grandfather, Frank Pepe, is preserved.
