For the first episode of 2024 Conor catches up with Grainne O’Dwyer to who is the Head of Growth and Partnerships for Neighbourly Lab who help build happier, healthier neighbourhoods where people meet and mix easily and can flourish and participate.

We have a great conversation about Grainne’s experience from growing up in Ireland, moving to London, Australia and back to London where she now lives. We talk about her time being a youth worker based in London, becoming a manger, leadership, projects Neighbourly Lab have done in Scotland and nationally and so much more.
