This week I speak with Dr. Marion Allison, the Director of CLD Standards Council Scotland. Practising CLD since 1991, February 2021 marked Marion’s 30th year in CLD. Marion tells us about how Camp America changed her views, her desire to help others, various sessional roles and from becoming Area Manager for Universal Connections to then taking on the role of becoming Director of the CLD Standards Council and lots more!
Marion is also a Trustee @ Impact Arts and Chair of Learning & Teaching @ Glasgow Kelvin College.
During this time Marion gained her BA(HONS): Commerce with Information Management, PGCE: Community Education and became a Doctor of Education: Young People, Enterprise & Social Capital.
