Today’s guest is Adele Martin, who works for the Youth Family and Community Learning Service in South Lanarkshire. Adele was a young person from the age of 10 at her local youth club taking part in all activities which led to her becoming a volunteer and now a part time member of staff.
We have an honest discussion about how Adele has had the opportunity to go to China three times, her inspiration to becoming a youth worker, the transition from volunteer to becoming a member of staff, the work she did to stay connected to young people while in lockdown.
