Today's podcast interview was so much fun! Joey Torkildson and I have been friends for several years, even though we've never met in person. Our relationship is a perfect example of how energy is non-geographic and how allowing conversations to emerge uncovers synchronicities and possibilities we might not otherwise recognize. Wear Sweatpants Taking life to seriously can be exhausting, and egos get in the way of what feels right.  Bounce Not Break Life is hard, and inevitably we will face challenging times. Instead of shattering like glass, bounce like a ball!
