CIPD researcher, Jake Young speaks about some key learnings from the Good Work Index and the impact digital work has on wellbeing research. Next, Ben Hallinan, Vice President of ICT at Kerry Group, brings us through the challenges and practical insights into how Kerry are harnessing technology to the betterment of their business and employees.
