In this episode, Liz from the Homeless Coalition speaks with Dr. Mark from Your Store of the Queen City about the SNAP cuts of the recently passed Big Beautiful Budget. Liz and Dr. Mark discuss how these cuts will impact state economies as well as individuals and families and increase the number of years people will need to work while limiting access to food. They also discuss the need for urban farms and community networks of support.
