I've answered with a Travel Bonus: Barbera.  Let's jump into Piedmont (Piemonte) for a quick taste of Agliano, for a feast of Barbera d'Asti wine, truffles and tajarin.  Part of the UNESCO recognized Langhe, Roero and Monferrato landscape, Agliano and Monferrato are one of the most beautiful territories in the Piemonte region, and the most bountiful.  This time I'm not sitting for a conversation, I'm walking the area so  join me in the countryside to taste truffles and Barbera.
