Values are interesting aspects of a person. Like a muscle, it needs to be activated and practiced/exercised. The more we exercise the value of choice, the more we hone it, the more we have clarity around it.
Being clear of our values support us in all aspects of our life : the way we behave, the way we make decisions, the way we self care, the way we interact with others, etc
This podcast series is set up to support us in getting a sense of what each value might be, from the lens of youths who recorded their reflections of practicing the values that they have chosen. While listening to this series, we hope that you take the opportunity to practice the chosen value, and see what comes up for you, and how will you define it for yourself.
