Pastor Bethani Monson shared a powerful message entitled "Baton" as we celebrated and honored our high school and college graduates of 2022. Using the Apostle Paul's teaching from 2 Timothy 2:1-2 and relay race illustrations Pastor Bethani encourages us to properly handle the baton passes in our lives. She focused on three main points:It has to be the right baton (Our Baton = The Gospel)The space to pass the baton is limitedA dropped baton is not the end of the race"Sometimes we get so focused on the good things, that we miss the God things."Bottom Line: What if we stop talking about a dropped baton and start walking towards the baton to pick it up?
