Philippians 2:1-4, in this passage Paul is extending his gratitude, encouragement, advice and his rebuke to the church he started by saying "as the church is the body of Christ Jesus, its members being the Christians are not suppose to have divisions in the church, just as we cannot divide the body of Christ Jesus." So he is encouraging christians to have humility in the church.
