Join me as I get vulnerable and out of my comfort zone sharing all the details while out on the course. It's the community that makes these events and the sport what it is. At the minimum, I want to remember these adventures as I have already found myself forgetting my first ultras years ago - so here is to documenting the gritty details. I hope that I can inspire just one person to push their limits, take hold of that scary goal, and be present and full of gratitude during every moment of the journey.
